1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging (where applicable)
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non‑returnable”
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened medical supplies, PPE, or personal care items), unless faulty

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items otherwise.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping expenses.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (where applicable) are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
For all other cases, please return the item and place a new order.
